At Cosmetic Zoom, we aim to deliver top-brand cosmetics to your doorstep at unbeatable prices — fast, safe, and hassle-free.

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order:

1. Shipping Timelines

We usually dispatch orders within 1–7 working days of purchase.
Delivery times vary by location and courier service, typically within 5–9 working days from dispatch.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email or SMS

ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED WITH IN 5 to 9 Working DAYS

2. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹599 (our minimum cart value). No hidden charges.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

  • Prepaid orders are NOT cancellable or returnable. No exceptions.

  • Only Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled — but only before dispatch.

If a COD order is refused or cancelled after dispatch:

  • You will incur a shipping penalty, and

  • The order amount will be recorded as a negative balance against your account.

  • This balance must be cleared before placing any future orders.

Refusal of COD deliveries affects our ability to offer free shipping and discounted prices to everyone. Please order responsibly.

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, reshipping charges will apply.

5. Damaged Products

In case your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for instructions.
Only unboxing videos meeting our conditions will be considered.
