Refund & Return Policy
Cosmetic Zoom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product is sold — except in the rare case of damage caused during shipping.

1. Returns or Refunds
We only accept refund or replacement requests if a product is damaged during shipping. We do not offer returns or refunds for any products once delivered. All sales are final.
Due to the personal and consumable nature of our cosmetics and skincare products, and to maintain the highest hygiene standards, we are unable to restock or reuse returned items. We urge customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
2. Exception: Damaged Products in Transit
Wen will accept Return and Exchange, Replacement and damdged products with in 2 working days from the delivery date.
We only accept refund or replacement requests if a product is damaged during shipping. To qualify:
- You must record a video while unboxing the original, sealed package sent by Cosmetic Zoom.
- The video must clearly show the outer packaging, the unsealing process, and the damaged product in one continuous shot without any cuts or edits.
- The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we may offer either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund (only if replacement is not possible)
Cosmetic Zoom reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement request that does not follow these conditions.
3. How to Report a Damaged Product
If your order qualifies under the damage exception, please email us at:

4. Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery.
5. Exchanges
The exchanges, replacement and damaged products will be delivered within 5 working days.
once return is approved, the refund amount will be credited within 7 working days.
